How to Read a Door Quotation: Beyond the Price Line

A quotation is more than a number: check the panel specification, spring cycle rating, wind class and control protection level before comparing prices.

Two quotes with different spring ratings are not the same product - the cheaper door often carries springs rated for a third of the cycles.

Ask for the component list. If the supplier cannot provide one, the door is assembled, not engineered.
