Cold Store Dock Upgrade for a Dairy Processor

Customer Challenge

A dairy processor suffered condensation, ice build-up and door damage at six loading docks operating at -18 C.

Our Solution

We installed 80 mm insulated sectional doors with heated frames, thermal broken tracks and impact-resistant bottom rails, integrated with dock levellers.

Results

Ice build-up stopped, dock hygiene scores improved and the doors passed a follow-up food safety audit without findings.
