Two-Stage Airlock Doors for a Parcel Hub

A parcel hub wanted to cut heating cost at its dispatch boundary without slowing down van loading.

Our Solution

We built a two-stage airlock: insulated sectional doors to the yard, transparent fast doors inside, with sensor logic preventing both doors opening together.

Results

Energy consumption at the dispatch wall fell measurably while van loading times stayed unchanged.
