Fast Door Retrofit for a 3PL Cross-Dock

A third-party logistics provider needed to double throughput at its cross-dock, but the building had limited headroom and no room to expand.

Our Solution

We replaced eight slow doors with compact PVC rapid roll doors, reusing existing openings and minimising structural work.

Results

Truck turnaround time at the critical bays dropped by nearly half and the operator avoided a building expansion.
