Distributor Programme in Chile: Door Kits and Training

Customer Challenge

A Chilean hardware distributor wanted to enter the industrial door market but lacked installation know-how and spare part supply.

Our Solution

We shipped a starter kit of 40 sectional door sets with jigs, provided online installation training for their team and stocked key spare parts locally through our export agent.

Results

The distributor sold out the first kit within seven months and now runs two installation crews trained under the programme.
