A German door distributor wanted to launch its own brand without building production capacity.

Our Solution

We produced a private-label range of 60 mm sectional doors with the distributor logo, custom RAL colors and German-language manuals.

Results

The partner sold more than 300 doors in the first year and expanded the program to high speed doors.
