A cold chain distributor required fast internal doors that tolerate daily washdown and keep the cold side below 4 C during peak dispatch hours.

Our Solution

We delivered PVC rapid roll doors with stainless guide rails, IP65 control boxes and interlock control between warm and cold zones.

Results

Dispatch cycle times improved and cold zone temperature stays stable during double shifts. The operator ordered three more doors for a second depot.
