40 Sectional Doors for a Polish Distribution Center

Customer Challenge

A logistics operator needed 40 insulated sectional doors for a new 60,000 m2 distribution center, with winter temperatures below -15 C affecting operations.

Our Solution

We supplied 40 vertical lift sectional doors with 60 mm PUF panels, twin photo eyes and IP69K rated motors, shipped in 6 containers with installation supervision.

Results

All doors commissioned within 5 weeks. Heat loss at the docks dropped noticeably and the client ordered a second phase for their Warsaw hub.
