Insulated Industrial Sectional Door
40mm double-layer steel sectional door with polyurethane foam core. U-value ≤0.33 W/m²K. Vertical lift saves space. CE certified.
- Energy-saving insulation – cuts HVAC costs
- Space-saving vertical lift – zero floor space wasted
- Auto-reverse safety system on obstruction
- CE & ISO9001 certified quality
The Insulated Industrial Sectional Door features a robust sandwich-panel construction of two pre-coated galvanized steel skins bonded to a high-density polyurethane foam core. With 40mm panel thickness and foam density of 45kg/m³, the structure delivers outstanding mechanical strength while achieving a thermal transmittance of ≤0.33 W/m²K, effectively minimizing heat transfer between interior and exterior.
Operation & Drive System
The door operates on a vertical-lifting mechanism guided by heavy-duty galvanized steel tracks. When fully opened, panels stack parallel to the ceiling, freeing up valuable floor space for unimpeded vehicle access—ideal for logistics hubs, loading bays, and production facilities.
The industrial-grade geared motor (AC 220V-240V) supports three operation modes:
- Wireless remote control – for daily convenience
- Wall-mounted push-button – for fixed-position control
- Manual chain hoist – for emergency operation during power outages
Counterbalance & Durability
Precision-engineered torsion springs, manufactured from high-grade spring steel, are rated for 30,000+ open-close cycles, ensuring smooth, frictionless movement and extended service life.
Safety Systems
- Cable break protection – instantly arrests uncontrolled descent
- Torsion spring anti-fall – provides secondary safeguarding
- Pneumatic safety edge – triggers auto-reversal upon contact with obstruction
Sealing & Environmental Protection
UV-stabilized EPDM rubber gaskets along the top, bottom, and side jambs deliver continuous perimeter sealing, achieving air permeability Class 7 per EN 13241-1. This effectively blocks dust, moisture, and pests while enhancing overall thermal performance.
All tracks, hinges, brackets, and fasteners feature corrosion-resistant treatment, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments—from cold storage facilities to high-humidity production halls.
